Descriptions
Fun sculpting for kids ( ages 5 to 13 ) $ 136 for Dublin residents, $ 163 non-residents
Kids can make cool sculptures of animals, creatures, or any other crazy stuff they want. I will encourage them to be imaginative, but also teach them proper ways of working with the clay to get great results and have fun.
Kids will use their natural creativity, combined with new skills to make some awesome works of art.
First time students will receive enough tools and clay to get started. Additional materials are available at cost from the instructor. Returning students will receive other tools for more advanced projects.

Intro to sculpting for teens and adults ( ages 14 to adult ) $ 160 for Dublin residents, $ 192 non-residents
This sculpting class is for artist who have little or no sculpting experience, but all levels are welcome. Working with ceramic clay, you will make sculptures based on your family photos, reference photos, or directly from your imagination. We will use simple tools and fundamental artistic principles of proportion, simplification, and careful observation to make great sculptures.
This will be a fun, no pressure environment, but you will be encouraged to fully complete at least one sculpture worth keeping forever.
First time students will receive enough tools and clay to get started. Additional materials are available at cost from the instructor. Returning students will receive other tools for more advanced projects.
